How does the swap work?
Each Two Halves bag is two halves joined by a gold zip that runs up the middle. Unzip it, take one half off, zip a different half on. It takes under a minute.
What comes in the box?
The bag (two halves), a free extra half in the colour you choose, the braided top handle, the adjustable crossbody strap, the gold half-and-half charm, dust bags and our gift box.
When will my bag arrive?
Every bag is made to order. Dispatch is 4–6 weeks from your order. We email you your dispatch date and tracking number. Delivery is free worldwide.
Can I buy more halves later?
Yes. Extra halves come in all six colours (Cream, Black, Cognac, Burgundy, Blush Pink, Sage) and fit every Two Halves bag. Add one with your bag and you save £9.99 on it.
Do you have any offers?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Email us your order number.
What is your returns policy?
Return it unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and we'll replace it.
