Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Two Halves at twohalvesofficial.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Each Two Halves bag is made of two halves joined by a centre zip and comes with one free extra half in the colour you choose. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product.

2. Pre-orders

Bags are made to order. Dispatch is 4–6 weeks from your order date. We email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include free delivery. Offers apply automatically at checkout and only while shown on the store. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item cannot be made or there is a pricing error.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our Refund policy. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Add-ons

Shipping Protection and the Extended Bag Warranty are optional services described in our Refund policy.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for use of the product outside normal use.

8. Intellectual property

All photos, text and the Two Halves name and logo belong to Two Halves and may not be copied without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the store when you order applies to your order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
