Pre-order: made to order
Every Two Halves bag is made to order. Dispatch is 4–6 weeks from the date you order. As soon as your bag is dispatched we email you the tracking number.
Delivery after dispatch
UK: usually 3–7 working days. Europe and the US: usually 5–12 working days. Rest of world: usually 7–15 working days. Customs charges, where they apply, are set by your country.
Shipping Protection
If you add Shipping Protection (£2.99) at checkout and your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen after delivery, email us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and we will send a free replacement.
