30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return your bag unused, with all halves, straps and the gift box, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email twohalvesbag@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the return address. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or faulty
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
Extended Bag Warranty (£4)
If you added the warranty, your zip, straps and hardware are covered for 12 months from delivery. If one fails in normal use, email your order number and a photo and we replace the part or the bag.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your bag is dispatched for a full refund.
